The service was good as the staff were always keen to help. The location is at a walking distance to the Gale beach. However, there were flying ants keeping coming into the room, although hotel helped us to clean up for once.

Good service and stylish, new room. Small complaints: no magnifying mirror in the bathroom, no bathrobe available. Decent breakfasts. You are 10 minutes walk from the beach. Otherwise a vehicle is essential to move because the area is very quiet.

My first time staying at the Regency Hotel in Salgados and will definitely return there for another holiday. It is a spotlessly clean hotel with a wonderful friendly, efficient and helpful staff. The rooms are most comfortable and the hotel is in such a quiet area and still only a 10 minute taxi ride to Albufeira. The pool area is fabulous with a lovely snack service available all day. The restaurants are excellent and have a great buffet breakfast choice. There are other excellent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel also. It’s just a short 10 minute walk to the Praia de Gale beach and the hotel provides beach and pool towels to its guests.
