We booked a KING room, paid for it and received confirmation. Only after checking in and going to our room did we find out it was 2 double beds. When my husband went to switch rooms, one person at the desk said the kings were all booked and the other person at the desk said there was a remodel and there were not any King beds. I don't know which is true. Clearly they were not interested in helping us at all and since we had already unloaded all of our luggage we stayed there anyway. BEWARE that what you book may not be what you get and at the facility and that was not explained anywhere.

My reservation was confirmed with a reservation # on 4-9-24 at 7:30 am. I arrived at 10:30 pm and told by the front clerk my room was given away. I’ve never experienced this before even tho I’ve been a Marriott member for years b4 Bon Voy was as created. The clerk didn’t give me an electronic or hard copy paper stating my reservation was gone and the next day I was charged a “NO SHOW” fee of $230.09. I had to spend the next few hours that night finding another hotel room after a 16 hr day of traveling. DO NOT STAY at this hotel. Very sketchy!

Paid for a King room, was told by the front desk that I paid ******* for a King room and then ******* booked a lesser room.....so in other words, ******* cheated us. Someone....either ******* or the hotel, cheated us.

Staff was indifferent, tub drained slowly and wasn't repaired after reporting, no room cleaning on our stay over day. It was clean.
