Hotel is okay if you’re staying short-term, but is located in a sketchy part of the city. Felt like the amenities could have been better. Housekeeping doesn’t come in to make the beds daily. Was a little over-priced for what was offered.

可以説是我住過的最差的一間酒店，打開房間看見裏還有一個門，敲了幾下，竟然有人迴應，太恐怖😱嚇得趕緊找前台換房型，説明不喜歡這樣的房間，但是前台説沒有別的房型了，幫我們調到了另外一層一樣房間，房間的地毯也是很臟，感覺從沒洗過一樣，如果不是太晚（凌晨一點多）我們肯定不會住的，勉強掙到了天亮

I thought the location was great. Downtown is relatively slow moving but it seems create easy access to the rest of the city. The rooms are relatively basic I got to experience the ones with an updated bathroom and the ones without. The gym is very lackluster and the pool is even more so. Staff is hit or miss. Some people were kind and attentive, others were not. There’s definitely construction going on so there are the sounds of that happening throughout the hotel. Other than that there’s not much more to tell. Nothing that really stands out in a negative or positive way.

When we arrived, we received our keys. Went up to the room and the keys would not work. Digital key did not work either. Went back down to activate keys and went back to room and they still did not work. A staffer opened the room and it turns out someone was still in the room. They gave us another room and the keys did not work again. The cleaning lady let us in and the room was clean. Had to go back down and reactivate the keys again.
Over night stay, we left in the morning and came back in the evening. Our room was not cleaned. Still had towels and trash in the room. Spoke to the assistant manager and he said the cleaning staff was too busy. When I ordered more towels, they were left on the floor in front of my door. Not placed inside as I requested.
The only good thing was the coffee and the cookies

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Other than the large lobby, everything else was a mess. The room was horribly dirty — the carpets were stained, the walls were peeling and stained yellow, the doors are falling apart, the armchair was full of dust (my partner got an allergic reaction to it), and it smelled like stale smoke despite being a non-smoking room. The walls are paper-thin and we heard the conversations of all our neighbours; nobody slept a wink that night. Most hotels provide 1-2 bottles of complimentary water a day; this one charges $3 for one. The service at check-in was unfriendly and uncaring. This felt like a run-down motel — and made me realized that I will never book a Hilton hotel again. I woke up at 5 AM so I could leave the hotel early.

Stayed here last night as a pass through stay knowing you can’t go wrong with a Double Tree hotel. The lobby area was very nice and large. My room was clean as well. Cookies were fantastic. My only issue here was the parking was confusing and a pain. They have you scan a QR code to get in and then you’ve gotta pay on your phone. When you’re exhausted after a long g day of driving this is last thing you want to deal with. As a hotel guest they should just fix it to use your room card to get out or to charge a card directly.
