Definitely recommend this place. The hotel staff was nice, clean, and safe.

Front desk guy was kinda rude upon check in when I told him the pad wasn’t working to sign. And then it seemed like it was a big inconvenience when we asked for extra towels and wash cloths. We only had 2 towels and no washcloths, mind you there’s 4 people staying in this suite. The worker we asked for towels even told us he didn’t work here and was just hired for a special event or something like that and pointed us to another lady, who then directed us back to the guy who said he didn’t work here. Very unprofessional and very rude behavior. Disappointed is an understatement.

The courtyard with high ceilings is beautiful, the breakfast was also very good, but our room was rundown and had a a lot of small issue like cracked tile, dirty surfaces, a toilet seat that was about to fall off and just needed to be screwed back on (which I did, but for the price shouldn’t have had to), the freezer in the mini fridge needed a defrost and was so covered in ice a couldnt fit anything in it, and several of the lights needed new bulbs. The pool is ok but was a little murky, and there’s no hot tub. Probably won’t stay here again for the price. Maintenance did respond really fast with a temporary solution for the cracked tile so that we didn’t slice our feet open on the exposed edge, so that was nice.

Embassy Suites Albuquerque is our go to when we travel for volleyball, shooting sports, or any other reason. They are centrally located and very close to the freeway so it is easy to access. It is clean and the rooms have plenty of space. The hotel itself is quiet and we never have issues with neighbors being loud or people in the hallway being loud. The breakfast is awesome, not the cold muffin, cereal, fake eggs in a warmer you usually get. Your eggs are made to order and there are lots of other items: fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. The bar is nice and you can take advantage of complimentary drinks from the hotel if light beers are your thing. We stay here every time we are in Albuquerque.

When we stayed here 3/3, we were given bottles of water and a goodie bag for our pup. That didn’t happen this time. I also wonder why we have to pay for parking… As far as the room, it was lovely, however, we had asked for a room on the side of the hotel away from the highway. We didn’t have that. The amenities are wonderful, and staff is great.

the stay and the room were excellent. the breakfast and the restaurant was very good dining. the pool was very dirty and we waited for a long time to get more towels to the pool area.

We have stayed here quite often over the past 20 years. The rooms, as usual were clean and nice. We always look forward to the breakfast, as there are usually many choices. This last stay, however, the breakfast was a disappointment. No Pancakes, no waffles, no fruit, no BACON? Maybe our timing was off and they ran out of everything, but...maybe next time will be like it used to be.

Great stay. Hotel was quiet even though it was completely booked. Breakfast was amazing and staff was friendly. Only downside was we found a pacifier on the floor- it had been hiding under a table type thing so it would have been hard to spot but it makes you wonder just how thoroughly clean the room is. Really though it looked clean.

The phone called someone in middle of night on its own and thermostat light kept flashing every 20 minutes.

The staff was wonderful! Courteous and pleasant. The hotel itself, lovely. The food was delicious, although a pasta pomadora should have more tomatoes. Breakfast, excellent. We will be returning

The room was large and clean but the beds are on the smaller side. There wasn’t an adequate amount of towels and the pool is small. The breakfast is amazing and it was nice to have snacks and drinks in the evening.

Beautiful hotel, helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable stay and great amenities such as pool, workout room, small store with Starbucks, free breakfast daily and 2 free drinks from bar daily. Also, very nice and comfortable suites! Had a relaxing stay!

One day stay. Room nice and check in easy. Having to go all the way to check in to buy food/drink items is a hassle with elevators only on one side. Also, when I went to grab items employee stated he could get me what I need but you can’t even see what’s available as items are behind counter. Next issue was a false alarm went off making everyone leave and as mentioned false. So again having to take stairs from 5 down and outside. Crazy
