My Husband and I. Had a great stay. At check in the lady that checked us in her name is Beth. She is amazing very friendly and very helpful. She helped us get a good parking spot for are truck and trailer. She had it on camera so she can keep an I on are load that was on the trailer. The Rooms are very clean and comfortable we felt safe. Also breakfast was great. We will definitely go back on are next pass threw. Thank you for a wonderful safe Stay.

Neighborhood is a downtown neighborhood but parking lot seemed secure. Inside the hotel was very nice, beds comfortable and staff wonderful.

Comfort Suites are a bit like McDonald's - not frilly, but dependable. This one was like that. We stayed here for a couple of nights on a 'staycation' from Santa Fe. The lodging was clean, the clerks were attentive and friendly and the room was nice. We chose to get the King Suite. And it was a suite. Two rooms, a wet bar with microwave and minifridge and a sitting area with a pull-out sofa (and the smallest upholstered chair. A separate bedroom with a king bed, end tables, credenza and easy chair. Well worth the money. So, the breakfast. I'm not sure what chain hotels can do to make breakfast more interesting. But this one was a bit spartan. The usual -- eggs, meat, biscuits and gravy, some pastries. The juice was in small containers. As was the yogurt. Sitting area just off the lobby. Felt a bit exposed. The breakfast experience was fine, but really said, "This is a cheap hotel." Our time was good and we'd come back.

One thing I will never understand is why hotels that use your service always give your guests the crappiest rooms. We get the rooms that are under children, near on and off-ramps of freeways, require repairs, etc. I is a constant issue! I catch myself with this questions every time I use your app and wonder if the few dollars that I save is worth the sleep I lose. NOT!

Pleasantly surprised at the clean and updated condition of the hotel considering its location next to the highway.
I felt relatively safe, good lighting, fenced property. Key cards did not work easily in door used by those with pets. So I had to walk around property to different doors to get in. That was a hastle but the front desk attendant was helpful.
I especially liked the front desk staff - very helpful and professional. They even knew where my cat was when I thought I lost him in the room! And they helped me get him out of his hiding spot. Thank you Beth, Jose and Freddie for an enjoyable overnight stay,.

Freddie at the front desk in the evenings was extremely helpful and kind. I really appreciated knowing he was at the front desk in the evenings. One night there was an APD perimeter set up and he helped me figure out how to navigate back on the North Side. If I owned my own business I would hire someone like Freddie!
