The place is located close to the Convention Center, 5 min. Drive
The room was clean when we got there
The guys at the help desk were very nice and always willing to help.
The "breakfast" offer very few granola bars, fewer apples, some yogurts and coffee, only regular sugar. No sweetener of any kind, the juice machine was not working the 4 days we stayed there.
Cleaning the room. They require that the customer request the cleaning of the room. .In writing in a post it, and signed it,! then the guy at the help desk sign it too.

Room had dead roaches in it, towels had stains. Housekeeping only came once in 6 days, I had to specifically request it. The breakfast was very poor, sometimes there was nothing, not even coffee. Area is a bit sketchy, but close to the free bus into old town and the rail runner. TV remote didn’t work, floor was filthy.

Dinesh Jaiswal - I would give them ZERO stars if possible!!!! I reserved a room via the Wyndham App since it was so close to the Albuquerque airport and flying out the next day. Upon arriving to check in they required a $100.00 CASH ONLY deposit ; never heard of such a thing before but it was late and I had no other options so I complied. The next morning I had to call the office and track down an employee to show my receipt to get my $100.00 cash deposit returned as the office was CLOSED. Days later checked my credit card and found I was charged an additional $25.00???? After contacting my credit card company to contest the charges, was told they were claiming I damaged a blanket (I did not; barely there for 6 hours to sleep). I am now having to wait to sign a dispute form to get my $25.00 refunded through my cc, which is still pending. BEWARE! I am still working with my cc company to get the $25.00 charge reversed and talking to Wyndham. What a NIGHTMARE!

Come visit Albuquerque and stay at this location it is clean and they offer breakfast and the crime is really down so encourage everyone to come out and visit have a great day and enjoy Albuquerque look forward to seeing you
