The hotel is nice but the girl in reception should find a different line of work. Her attitude needs an adjustment. As soon as we got here for no apparent reason she gave us attitude. She doesn’t try to accommodate any request like ,”is this where we check in?” Which may be a dumb question to her but they are tucked in a room and its not obvious. Then we wanted to use the laundry service. The service performed but every hotel where theres a bag and a form in every room. Her response was we dont have laundry service. Then argued about it. We just found a laundry ourselves and tool care of it. The person at the laundry asked if we were staying at a hotel and said they come here all the time. We should complain to the manager. Then we asked the guys that were here the day before about late checkout. We had an excursion planned and were not sure when we would be back. We just wanted an hour. They said call the feont desk before you leave and ask so I did. She once again was not willing to accommodate us at all. She responded with her usual attitude. We have to call at 7:30 but we will be in a balloon. Ughhh!!! All the other people working here are great by the way.

We enjoyed our stay in Albuquerque. First time there. Our room was great. The hitel was a gorgeous old hotel, with modern rooms.

The hotel is really beautiful and I highly recommend it for a romatic trip. It's in a perfect downtown location. Everything was upgraded and nice. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable but not horrible. But it was the event overnight our first night that was a stand out. About 2am on a Friday my wife and I were sleeping. I was awoken by my wife snoring softly. Not uncommon. But it sounded like she was trying to make words but it wasn't English or Spanish (I speak both). Then, right into to my left ear somoeone whispered, "Burn the land, heal the soil." I could FEEL the breath in my ear when it happened. Even though I didn't really believe in ghosts or angels or demons or whatever, I know this had to be a ghost. The next day I Googled and there are numerous accounts of ghosts on the 7th floor - where we stayed! Kinda crazy but it happened. But again, I'd totally recommend this hotel.

Better than expected! Wonderful staff, large, clean rooms, comfortable bed! The staff gave us recommendations to restaurants and they were fantastic! The bar has the best spicy margaritas! We loved our stay! When you come to Albuquerque, don’t stay anywhere else!

We chose the hotel since it’s a Hilton brand. We were welcomed by the valet (this is probably the best part of our stay). We arrived very late, around 23:00. We checked in. The receptionist was sitting behind the desk, didn’t stand up to acknowledge our arrival, nor asked me to sit down. Before arrival, I asked a day before they their messaging system if they can leave a bowl of fruit and charge it to the room since we expect to arrive very late. The response was, they don’t do that and I have to order between 2-9 pm to have it delivered to the room. How can I if I’m not even there yet by that time? The hotel has a lot of character and that’s all I can stay about it. The room is of decent size. The mattress is uncomfortable though, and the paint in the bathroom ceiling is peeling off. The area seems like a rough place to stay. We had an ok stay. Would probably choose a different hotel if we ever come back.

Loved this Hotel. Beautiful interior, had character, restaurant was excellent (not the typical Hilton breakfast) and an excellent staff. I travel all the time and use hiltons - they can be hit or miss. This was the most well run and excellent non-resort Hilton property I’ve stayed at .

We booked it because it was close to the train station. It turned out to be a beautiful hotel. The lobby and mezzanine are very attractive. Check in was easy. The room was nice and very quiet. The restaurant was very nice as well. You should, however, be able to connect to the wifi without joining a rewards program.
