o jave stayed at this property numerous times in the past and I'll stay there again in the future I would really like this property it's modern it's been revamped or whatever it's nice quiet rooms are clean easy check in people at the front counter are always very friendly cleaning girls do a great job unfortunately this time around I lost my driver's license somewhere I thought I left it in the room but I never did get it back that's not no fault of the hotel or the staff they're pretty wonderful there I recommend this property it's a good

Door keys constantly failed (went through 8 keys on a 4 day stay), towel service lacking even after requesting service, floor looked clean but left our feet almost black after walking on it for a little. The staff was nice but the place needs to be cleaned up.

First room I checked into had bugs on floor and little red bugs (bed bugs) in the beds. They moved us but had an attitude about doing it.

The problem I encountered was that, due to my itinerary, I had two bookings for different dates, but they were for three consecutive days. I sent two emails to the hotel informing them that I needed them to arrange for me to stay in the same room number for all three nights, but I didn't receive a reply. I checked in smoothly on the first night and confirmed with the front desk that I was staying for three nights. After entering the room, I found that the double bed was smaller than the picture. When I was about to wash up, I discovered that the bathtub drain was not working properly, as if it was clogged and the water couldn't drain. In the end, I had to use chopsticks to remove toilet paper and some hair from the drain hole. I don't think the hotel cleaning staff noticed this problem. The next day we went out, and the housekeeping staff mistakenly thought we were only staying one day. When we returned to our room that evening, we were shocked to find all our luggage gone. My husband went to the front desk to inquire, and thankfully nothing was missing. We felt the hotel hadn't done a proper double-check. Due to the New Mexico Balloon Festival, room rates had all increased to $210-230, making the actual room price completely unreasonable. They also didn't provide a shuttle bus to the festival, unlike some hotels. Furthermore, I booked in early July, and I received no response to my emails; I had to call to inquire. This hotel isn't suitable for people who don't speak English.

Very disappointing experience. this hotel is rundown, poorly maintained, and far from clean. the room had ceiling dropping, bugs, worn out and yellow like bedsheets and towels, pillows were nasty, many scratches on walls, doors, the bathroom door was squeaking, and tub was very dirty to name a few. the overall appearance of the hotel looked neglected, and basic maintenance seemed nonexistent. cleanliness standards were poor, making the stay uncomfortable. definitely not worth the money and I would not stay here again.

Do not stay here!! This hotel is filthy and in desperate need of repairs. There were piles of trash right outside our door along with beer cans and cigarette butts everywhere! The room was filthy! The sheets do not fit on the stained mattresses. The bathroom door did not close completely AND there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. It is obvious that they have long term tenants here whose kids run the hallways and go in and out of the housekeeping rooms to get their own room supplies. The breakfast was subpar and the area in which it is served was filthy. When I complained to the front desk all I got was. "I'll let maintenance know." We were supposed to stay for five nights and only lasted two due to the disgusting state of this hotel.

My 8-year-old daughter and I had a frustrating stay here. One evening we were locked out of our room for over an hour because the keycard reader was broken, with all of our belongings stuck inside. I had to repeatedly follow up with the front desk as the promised timeframes to fix the issue kept coming and going. When we were eventually moved to another room, the bed was extremely hard, which was difficult for me since I have back problems. The room also had some maintenance issues — the mirror was hanging crooked and the bathroom door was missing the lock button. The location also made it difficult to sleep. The Denny’s in the parking lot had loud and inconsiderate customers yelling outside throughout the night. The bathroom in our room also lacked a plastic shower curtain and only had a cloth one. The water pressure was very low, and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature — it was either too hot or too cold. Earlier in the day I had already asked the front desk to reprogram my key card several times and had even asked about moving rooms, so being locked out later that night made the situation even more frustrating. The next morning I asked about being compensated for the inconvenience, but there seemed to be some confusion. The front desk told the manager on the phone, in front of me, that I had “refused” the replacement room, which was simply not accurate. After being locked out of our room late at night and dealing with repeated delays, we were exhausted and just wanted to get into a room and go to sleep. To their credit, the staff did attempt to address the situation, but the $20 credit that was offered felt insulting given the circumstances — especially after the situation had been mischaracterized to management. At breakfast there was also a loud group joking around in the dining area who turned out to be staff, which added to the overall impression of a lack of professionalism. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I ended up leaving as quickly as I could.
