Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown

I thgt they had a hot tub . They did not give me choice where I wanted to stay? My room had ugly view.

Impecable room, very comfortable and so quiet that makes it easy to oversleeping :) The location is very convenient. Pool is ok (outdoor or on the roof would have been better than indoors). Also, there is no hot tub, and whileni can understand it is crazy to use one in summer, I can see it being handy in winter and spring... The bar is nice, but it would have benefited from being a bit away from the checking lobby to have a better atmosphere and lighting. Overall: recommended!

Our organization recently hosted a conference at this hotel, and it was an outstanding experience! Every member of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making our event a success. The Sales, Banquets, and AV teams were exceptional. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding service made planning and hosting our conference seamless. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location, making it convenient for all of our attendees. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality. We look forward to hosting another conference here in the future!

Always a pleasure staying at the Sheraton Uptown. Sad there isn’t a hot tub anymore but the pool is still nice.

The overall stay was okay, but the beds were very uncomfortable. They were quite hard, and you could feel the springs, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
