Good stay for the price. Bed was comfy room was clean.

Last minute booking and it worked out great for us. The room we needed was available. Clean facilities. Friendly staff. We’d book again.

This hotel needs major improvements. My family and I got 4 rooms for the weekend and every room had something going on. My room was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom and the thermostat was set at 68 but the temperature in the room was at 77. My sisters room was set at 68 and managed to have a temperature of 84 and my other sisters room was leaking from the a/c. The check in took longer than 6pm and it was overall the worst. Staff didn’t seem to care.

I was in room 217 which was connected to the pool atrium which I didn’t ask for. The ambient temperature in the room was 85 degrees even after running the air conditioner for 3 hours. The hotel was fully booked and has not given me a refund. I have a feeling this is an ongoing issue and the risk of getting an uninhabitable room is too high to book here. Stay away.

We had a couple of live roaches in the room with us. But, when I left my phone charger, the staff was most accommodating to help me get it back.

Excellent help from staff at check in to hotel not far from airport but easy access to the university and Central Street area. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. We arrived in Albuquerque in the evening so we wanted a place near the airport. I don’t believe there is a shuttle bus to/from the airport, but that worked for us because we were renting a car.

When we checked in and were in the elevator, a housekeeper was rude. She should leave her problems at home. While going to our room there was a very strong odor of bleach (clorox).

Place has great reviews so I stayed here. Great thing about this place is the front desk clerks thats it.

The staff was great but the cleanliness is an issue there where stains on the sheets and stains on the bathroom wall. Overall for the price it’s not bad.

I have stayed here a few times and every time the same guy checked me in. I wish I could remember his name because he has always been great! The first impression should always be a good one and he definitely does that. The rooms have always been clean and I enjoy the breakfast in the morning. The 1 time I was able to use the hot tub, I enjoyed it but didn’t go in the pool because it needed a little cleaning, but I keep mine extremely clean so I’m a bit picky about this. There were a l vagrant hanging around the outside of the property but otherwise it was pretty clean. I will continue to stay when I visit Albuquerque because my overall stay was very good

The heat would not stop going even though we switched to the cool mode. Was very hot in the room. We had called ahead of time directly to front desk that we had a pet and were told that we could just tell them when we cked in the that person was upset with me that they didn’t know ahead of time. We requested 1st floor but had to be on 3rd due to only room left

I am very happy I chose to stay in this place,Josh he did amazing job. I will leave it at 10 star, for he’s service and great customer service , Great job Josh 🙏🙏🙏 thank you very much.
