Hotel was okay. Drain in tub shower needs cleaning to remedy slow drain. We encountered a lot of drugged up homeless in the area. They were coming in the lobby during breakfast to help themselves to food. Staff was on it getting them out of the hotel. Property only has 1 elevator making going to and from our room a career move. All staff encountered were very nice and friendly.

Property is nice and maintained. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. However, there was a problem with the front desk clerk named Jose. He was rude and became offended when I spoke Spanish to him, telling me "That language is not necessary or appropriate". He refused to notify housekeeping of my request to clean the room. "Jose" ruined what was a pleasant trip for my wife's birthday to Albuquerque.

The shower was luke warm at best. And I hate cold showers. Otherwise the room was ok. Aging fast.

The rooms are absolutely disgusting. Paid for a suite and upon arriving, there were stains on the couch, the floor, the curtains were torn, and it smelled musty. I asked to be moved to another available room, and it was the same thing. We decided to lose our money and find somewhere else. Be worn about this hotel as they obviously use stock photos to advertise their rooms. Much much nicer and presentable online than in person.
