Hotel took care of trip.com giving wrong location for NW laquinta. It was a clean most comfortable room. No problem with our 11pound pup. Area has homeless all around streets filthy. Scarey for this country girl.
Disappointed city not more interested in cleaning up feces garbage rotting food etc that homeless leaves everywhere.

This hotel is very good! I would say the location is very great since you can easily reach it after you take off the highway. And it is very location centric. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the third floor and it looked like that room had been used in a while because it was dusty. You can tell that the room and the place is very dated but for the price I guess it was OK for one night.

This hotel is in dire need of updating! Still has very old, worn carpet and furniture. Mattress felt old and worn, pillows were hard. It was clean but there is a Days Inn right next door that I will try next time I am going thru there. Breakfast was minimal, nothing fresh. Hard boiled eggs, coffee, stale pastry and toast. Lighting was very poor and the ceiling fan blades were dirty.

I think they have new owners/Managers. the free breakfast is very poor and they don't bother to maintain it. Have to get front desk for everything and that person has the look of your being a total bother. Things look like they are being ignored so expect a slow deterioration of the entire facility.

Please take my advise and don’t ever stay here. The room was filthy (feces dripping down the front of the toilet) torn and dirty ottoman, greasy dust on the ceiling fan and ceiling.
