Looks like they were shorthanded the day I checked in as that process took longer than usual. I still check in person, but for future reference, I will be using the online check-in process as well as receiving a digital key to check into my room. Saves time when you got tired kids waiting on you. I'm surprised with the pricing even for members, as I'm able to get bigger rooms in bigger cities for almost half the price. I know it's in Uptown, but that's really the only convenient thing about it. As of May 2024, they are no longer offering free breakfasts as part of your stay, an additional bummer. Pool is super small, but they have a decent size fitness center where three or four people can work out at the same time. We heard no loud noises from surrounding neighbors which is a plus. But the beds have never been that comfy.

Worst beds I've ever slept on. List as 2 queen beds, I'm almost positive they were full size, not queen. Couldn't get the room temp right, too hot or too cold. The breakfast was sp**** and not good. The eggs were the nasty powdered eggs and something was off on them, they had a funk no amount of salt or pepper could fix it. The staff was friendly, but for $150 to $180 a night, definitely not worth the money you pay. They think they can give you a run down motel six experience and charge more because it says Hyatt on it. Stay at a Marriott or Hilton, they are always better.

Breakfast is the best I’ve had at comparable hotels. All freshly made and includes FRESH local New Mexican food with green chili! A rare find. (Shout out to cook Kim.) Entire facility is fresh and clean, and all staff couldn’t be friendlier (including morning crew Sarah and Tana!)

This hotel is in desperate need of room renovation. I did not even feel comfortable enough letting my personal belongings touch the surfaces of anything in the room. Was very glad it was a short stay and I had my own disinfectants and diffusers to make the stay bearable. Other than that, the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great location, felt safe, hotel was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable, the room was the perfect temperature, and it also had a nice layout. I am sensitive to noise and the hotel kindly placed me in a room away from elevators and street noise. I had to leave at 5am to catch a flight so I didn’t get to eat the full breakfast but the friendly man at the desk let me grab coffee to go. The night shift crew was friendlier than the day shift but the day shift accommodated my needs. I really like this hotel and it is the only place I’ve stayed in Albuquerque that I have re-booked. It looked like the note had been updated and deep cleaned. I plan to return again.
