The hotel is large and the rooms are large. The facilities are also complete. Our room is also relatively spacious. The hotel is not very convenient, there is no elevator, the residents on the second floor need to carry their own luggage. The breakfast was great and the dining environment was good. Although it was always provided by the old beauty, it tasted good and there were many types.

The grounds and ****** were very nice. However, the music in the ****** was just a bit too loud. Heard someone else complain about that too. The hotel room was quiet, spotless, and absolutely beautiful. Nice touches all around.

I live in Albuquerque and lead a pretty hectic life working for 3 different delivery services. Whenever I need a break, I check into the Red Roof for a few days. It is always clean, quiet and luxurious for an excellent rate. The entire staff is friendly and on point. ”Ask and you shall receive” could be their official motto! the cleaning lady knocked at my door TWICE before the check out time of noon, once at ca. 09:30 and another at ca. 1130. I complained to the receptionist, who had the cheek to ask me if I had put the do not disturb sign on. The lack of courtesy at this hotel is stunning. Next time (not with me though), try knocking at everybody's door every hour. This is NOT a welcoming place and should not be patronized.

This was my 2nd stay within a month at a Drury hotel(Albuquerque and Las Cruces NM), and is the best I've experienced with a supportive but soft bed(what I would call Medium Firm) and soft, airy pillows, which is #1 for me when I travel. The rooms are always clean and no smoke smells anywhere. The only thing I would like to see change is replace those 50-year old design noisy in-room air conditioners with a modern mini split unit with real air filtration. In a post-covid world, the future is hotels that are clean and bio-safe.

We had not planned to stay at this hotel but after staying at another Heritage Hotel it was top on our list when we found that our return flight home was canceled. I booked online very early since the reservation center was not open at that hour in the morning. (5 am) I had remembered seeing the hotel previewed on the heritage channel during our stay at The Inn and Spa at Loretto earlier that week. Once we obtained our rental car and had some coffee we contacted the hotel and asked if we could drop off our luggage since there were a lot of alerts about car break ins at a lot of tourist locations. We were told that we could absolutely do that and to come right over. The valet attendant James took care of our luggage quickly and efficiently. We returned to the hotel around 2 pm to see if we would be able to check in early. Sarah at the desk was very kind and welcoming while briefly listening to our plight. She got us checked in early with swiftness and efficiency. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable with every convenience we would need. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and welcoming even the hotel security Michelle who brushed the snow off our rental. Absolutely loved this hotel and can't wait to go back.
