The hotel is too old, the hygiene is really poor, the facilities are outdated, not to mention the service, there is no match with the price, get up early and leave, do not want to stay for one more minute

Bed was very comfortable, firm. Room was clean and well looked after. Modern. Had an issue with the air con and the staff couldn't have been quicker about it. Manager came straight away and the maintenance guy. I was moved to another room but the service of staff was really good. This place is a few door from Maccas, Hungry Jacks and the main *****. Perfect location.

It was an absolute shame that I was only in Albury for a night, as after receiving my key to my apar**ent I wanted to make use of the facilities! With both washer and dryer in the apar**ent, I could get most of my conference attire washed prior to the next presentation. The lounge/sitting room was of decent size and the table boasted a six seat configuration. Clean, tidy and quiet- even with road frontage. Will not hesitate to stop here again.

Very neat and tidy. Numerous entertainment options on the TV. Very high ceilings creating echo effect throughout the room and lack of comfortable seating options for relaxation time. Only one armchair provided, small sofa lounge would have been ideal. However, the bed and pillows were probably the most comfortable I have experienced and enjoyed a great night’s sleep.

Just thought i'd try this a Quest Studio Apar**ent overnight, which was nice and peaceful for sleeping, after watching a movie on the tv which had Foxtel. I checked out the laundry facility too which looked good, but as i didn't have any clothes to wash, i didnt use. Would recommend staying here!

The room was hot when we arrived and it took some time for the air conditioning to cool the room. The mattress is adequate though I could feel the spring when I slept on it.
The hotel room is spacious and clean.

I have stayed in many places in Albury Wodonga that were easily better than this and would suggest avoiding this hotel. The main issue was the room description on the hotel website saying it had a private balcony which is the reason I booked to have a bit of outdoor space while the staff were completely unhelpful and said none of the room type I booked had balconies and it does not matter what their own website says about the room type and it is my fault for relying on the room description from their own website as there is no reason why the website needs to be correct (the room type has now been removed from their own website but still appears on *******). Luckily I have the screenshot to follow up further on this misleading advertising. On checking out the manager did apologise but did nothing about it so did not actually feel like an apology.
