The room was clean and tidy, a bit hot in the bedrooms as only rely on the air conditioner in the living room. The motel is very close to shops.

Great value. Fabulous customer service on check in. Convenient to cafes and restaurants. Quiet.

What a terrible experience. Before I booked I rang to advise I was travelling with an 82 and an 84 year old - one of them disabled requiring a walking frame. I advised I needed a car spot in front of one of our rooms on the ground floor and was promised we would have this. It was a lie. There are 40 rooms but only 23 car spots. When my 82 year old aunt went to reception to ask why we didn't have at least one spot she came back almost in tears as he was so rude to her. I then went to speak to him and his response was and I quote him verbatim "you can take your money and get out". I asked if he was the manager and he said yes he was the owner. It was an awful experience and very difficult constantly having to move the car to the street after trying to get her out and helping her up a step and through parked cars. We had paid for three rooms for four nights and we weren't entitled to one car spot. Do not stay here you have been warned.

The hotel manager was terrible, he has put up a false allegation on my 2 year kid for tearing the curtain. The materials of those curtain are very strong and to tear it off by a 2 year kid is impossible . When I asked the manager to show me the footage he gave up the matter .he kept asking me to apologise I said to him I won’t apologise until the allegation is valid . This is not the way to serve your client. His attitude and reaction to me was awful and threatening .

Very clean premises, no traffic noise at night. The Albury hotel down the road has great food and is within walking distance. We arrived after reception was closed however they called and sent detailed text about how to access room. I left before reception opened so didn’t deal with anyone first hand, however all instructions were straightforward and thorough. Centrally located.

Very happy with my stay. Staff were excellent. Thought it was value for money. Great location. If i had to pick something out that could be improved, it would be the rear near the club access gate could be cleaned up a bit on both sides. This didn't bother me,` but it would be an improvement that would help.

Value for money. Convenient.
