We spent two nights from 21/08 to 23/08, with our 3-year-old child! A top hotel, super lunch, top room hygiene, welcome person, sympathetic, small playground, super pool, and a restaurant with a quality kitchen. We will return to it as soon as we return to this sector.

Perfect in every way. The guys on reception are the most helpful & friendliest staff I’ve ever met. Only 8 min drive to the centre of Annecy perfect location for us as a family of 5. Rooms more than enough for us & air con in both rooms ++ Can’t see the the negative feedback that’s been left for these guys as fair comment. Honestly blown away and We only booked in 3 hours ago.

I think this is a very cheap hotel in Annecy. There is a promenade from the hotel to the lake, which can be reached on foot. There are many parking lots available for free in front of the hotel.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Bon accueil, bon rapport qualité prix; des chambres de qualité et très proche de la gare. La restauration est de qualité avec des produits régionaux. Le parking gratuit et sécurisé. Je reviendrai !

I arrived on 13th September and stayed until 19th September and had a truly marvellous stay. Reception was very welcoming and staff very friendly and more than happy to speak English because regretfully I do not speak French, always smiling and greeting no matter what time of day you were in or out. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, lovely decor, and great facilities including air con shower superb and although it seemed to be open to the room it could actually be screened off, room was serviced every day complimentary water on first day of arrival plus tea making facility. My room had a nice view out towards the Alps and the hotel itself is very central to the main centre and to travel to other places so a great location. There is a swimming pool, spa, sauna and fitness room. Lovely small lounge downstairs behind reception with complimentary coffee. Would I stay at this hotel again, yes most definitely. Would I recommend this hotel - yes indeed without any hesitation. Thank you Urban Hotel and to all your Staff

A pleasant hotel in an industrial area. The room was large,clean and comfortable . I stayed on a Sunday night so there were no restaurants open nearby . The hotel can supply food. I ordered a pizza and a potted bœuf bourguignon ,which was delivered to my room. There is plenty of parking.

The location is quite good. Just by the lake, the balcony is full of mountain and lake views. The front desk is closed very early. There is no one at 8 o'clock. Need attention. In addition, the air-conditioning operating system is complicated. It is best to ask the hotel in advance.
