The hotel looks FANTASTIC. It’s a designer’s dream. The location is perfect. However, for a 4-star hotel and at that price (high for Alcalá) I was expecting some slippers, more choice of pillows and tea-coffee facilities inside the room. For a tea, I had to go to the bar next door and carry my boiling tea all the way to my room. Also, the mattress is HORRIBLE. I had a horrible night because it was so hard. I would invest in new mattresses. There wasn’t any extra duvet in the room either.
I would return to try the Spa and if they change this basic things (tea boiler and mattresses), I would consider staying again since the place is so gorgeous.

Todo perfecto. Celebramos un aniversario importante para nosotros y tuvieron un gran detalle. Ubicación excelente, parking amplio y cómodo, combinan acertadamente la modernidad con la clase, todo perfecto.

Fuimos de viaje familiar y tos estuvo genial. Me gustó mucho la habitación, el unico problema q vimos, que mi familiar que estaba en la planta 2 tenia que bajar por las escaleras, si bajaba sola, porque los números del no se veían, son de luces muy tenues en pantalla táctil. Habría q pensar mas en esos pequeños detalles de accesibilidad que para algunas personas son fundamentales.

Como siempre, un Parador sobresaliente con unas habitaciones espectaculares. Todo buenísimo en restaurante, cafetería y desayuno y un personal muy amable y agradable. Además, cuidan al cliente frecuente. En definitiva, hemos estado muchas veces y siempre tan a gusto.

Las habitaciones estándar de este Parador tiene vestidor, lo que da mucho más espacio, sin olvidar que en Paradores la amplitud es la marca de la casa. La distribución del baño es estupenda también. El desayuno es muy bueno, pero yo recomendaría sobre todo la parte salada, los dulces pierden un poco. Se pueden pedir platos hechos en el momento, como huevos de varias formas, incluida la tortilla de patatas y churros, que al hacerlos al momento vienen crujientes y al echarles un poco de azúcar, quedan deliciosos. El Parador está en pleno centro de Alcalá de Henares, a un paso de la Plaza Cervantes o la Universidad, lo que facilita no tener que ir en coche o poder dejarlo aparcado durante toda la estancia.

Un bonito y moderno parador con un spa que hay que disfrutar y un personal de lo más atento. Está muy bien situado para ir andando a visitar Alcalá. Un buen desayuno y una cafetería con un eficaz servicio.
