Booked this hotel with a private bathroom?when I checked in I am in a basement room with no window, just this little opening near the ceiling. Also sharing the bathroom etc with everyone else on that floor. There was no help at reception to any questions. The only positive of thus 'hotel' is the location. Would not recommend staying here

I had never been in such a shabby place like this, I didn't know what to do whether to cry or get angry. Dirty rooms that look like a storage room. I don't know how this hovel has a hotel license. I've been traveling for years and I've never seen this before.
