Aire acondicionado desconectado en todo el hotel, en las habitaciones solo sale aire templado por la rejilla del AC El director del hotel es muy ahorrativo, bien por el. Si tenías pensado alojarte aquí, NO VENGAS o sudarás de lo lindo.

No tenemos palabras para agradecer la celebración de nuestra boda, todo salió perfecto! Gracias a Lorena y Ahinoa, por su paciencia, sus consejos y el dejarnos hacer la boda a nuestro gusto. A nice hotel, conveniently located. I had a room which faced the swimming pool on the 3rd floor and this was nice and reasonably quiet.
Room facilities were good.
Breakfast was modest but had everything required including delicious freshly squeezed orange juice.
I shall definitely stay here again.

I went to this Hotel to celebrate our anniversary and we had a very good experience! We wanted to take a day trip to get to know Alcalá de Henares and the advantage of the hotel is that it is just 10 minutes from the center. The room was spacious and comfortable with a good mattress, the service is very friendly. We had the luxury of going to the SPA which had a hot pool with several jets and a Turkish bath, it was pleasant and we had a great time. The best thing was the breakfast that surprised me for the better, they have several types of bread, fresh grated tomato, orange juice made instantly and delicious pastries of the day and the coffee was good. Highly recommended!

Quite complete breakfast with natural juice Negatives: Outdated furniture Small room. I paid for a triple room when it was actually a double with an extra bed. Slow and not so professional service. They charged me for the children's menu when I only ordered one dish for each one. I asked for water at reception since the container they had had not been refilled.
