Lo que más me gustó sin duda alguna es su ubicación, está a muy pocos metros del puente romano, de la playeta del rio Jucar. El parking del pueblo está a muy pocos metros. Todos los restaurantes también están a menos de 100 metros

Hotel lamentable. Instalaciones inaceptables en mal estado. Baño para reformar, suciedad varia a parte de acumulada de los años, insonoridad nula, se estaban duchando en la habitación de al lado y se escuchaba perfectamente e incluso conversaciones claras( aseguró que mis vecinos eran gente tranquila). Ibamos con un bebe, avisamos al hotel repetidamente, pues no funcionaba l’ascensor, no hay rampa para entrar al hotel. Recepción con poca atención en cuanto horario.Desayuno en otras instalaciones sin derecho a elegir, como si fueran restos. Una tostada con un hierro, 1 loncha de queso de barra y no entera. Mi pareja y yo no repetiríamos ni gratis. Decidimos salir de casa con el bebe y nos encontramos con este desastre… a resumidas cuentas ganar dinero sin esfuerzo asi sabemos todos.

Nos ofrecieron una reubicación en otro hotel (4 estrellas) a 15 minutos (Jorquera) por entender que éste era más conveniente para un plan familiar y fue todo un acierto. No nos presionaron para nada sino que fueron todo facilidades y además nos incluyeron una visita a una bodega local que realmente disfrutamos. Gracias por la amabilidad y por los detalles!

Muy mala organización, no hablan entre ellos ,hacen reservas para excursiones a la bodega y después te cancelan sin avisar y te enteras después de esperar allí 1h,, y el dinero no te lo devuelven! LA BODEGA UNA MARAVILLA!👌👌

Para no repetir. Nuestra habitación tenía el baño separado de la cama por una mampara que no facilitaba la intimidad. Además, la puerta no cerraba bien y se quedaba una rendija abierta. La cisterna se atrancaba y había que darle un golpe en el lateral para que funcionara. El ascensor era tan lento que podías celebrar el cumpleaños dentro. A cambio tenías un personal en recepción muy amable, la habitación estaba muy limpia, el centro histórico quedaba muy cerca y te regalan una botella de vino, pero esto no compensa las deficiencias.

El sitio es estupendo, la camarera muy amable y la comida del restaurante muy buena, la habitación limpia y acogedora, y la ubicación estupenda, el pueblo tiene lugares estupendos para hacer turismo y muchas actividades
