MACAM Hotel

This is fantastic! I'd say it's the best hotel in Lisbon. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also excellent. Everything is perfect. The hotel opened last year. It's located inside a museum.

It was a very nice hotel, and I was able to relax comfortably. It's also conveniently located, less than 30 minutes from Lisbon's city center by tram, bus, or taxi.

The front desk, concierge, hall staff, and cleaning staff were all friendly and helpful. I encountered a few issues while I was there, but they were always there to help me and were incredibly kind. The hotel is new, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely interior featuring art. You also receive free admission to the museum, so I highly recommend checking it out during your stay. I was recommended the amazing views from the upper floors of the hotel, so I went at night and enjoyed the illuminated bridge. The breakfast was also delicious, and I never got bored of it, even though I stayed five nights. There was also an option for buffets, and the chef would prepare meals for you if you ordered from the menu. The presentation was elaborate, and it felt luxurious from the morning. If I were to visit Lisbon again, I would definitely stay here again. The only negative point is the lack of a covered porte-cochère. The entrance is shared with the museum, so you have to walk a little from the shuttle bus to get in. It gets wet when it rains.
