Instalações pouco limpas e com desgaste. Falta de manutenção.
A localização é óptima. Preço demasiado elevado para o serviço prestado.
Relativamente aos funcionários, apenas um foi efectivamente prestável e cuidadoso ( check-inn).
Ponto mais positivo: o pequeno-almoço! É muito rico e saboroso.

Um excelente pequeno almoço, funcionários atenciosos e tudo muito cómodo e limpo.
Só tenho a referir o ruído sentido pela manhã nos quartos virados para a ponte. Se ficasse mais do que uma noite pediria para mudar de quarto.
