Many times in lisboa but this one was amazing. that hotel is superb, staff are nice ! food are good ! we will come back for sure ! if i can add just a thing : drink in room are quite expensive. we tried a lot of 5 stars who drink was free. special mention for Paulo

Our stay at Pestana Palace Lisboa was truly wonderful and one of the highlights of our trip to Lisbon. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with magnificent European-style architecture, elegant interiors, and beautifully maintained gardens. Staying here felt like stepping into a historic European palace. The atmosphere was peaceful, charming, and full of character. What made our experience even more memorable, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the hotel staff. Everyone we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and professional. We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to a young gentleman from the concierge team who wore a distinctive hat. We believe his name was Irigo (our apologies if we haven't remembered or spelled his name correctly!). When we encountered an unreasonable and unexpectedly high fare quoted by a taxi driver, he immediately noticed the situation and proactively stepped in to help us. We were particularly impressed by his kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist without even being asked. The manager on duty at the time also responded promptly and became personally involved in resolving the situation. Their quick response and genuine concern made us feel truly supported and well taken care of. It is these thoughtful gestures and the genuine care shown by the staff that distinguish a truly exceptional hotel from simply a beautiful one. Thank you to the entire Pestana Palace Lisboa team, and especially to the wonderful concierge gentleman and the manager who helped us. You turned an unpleasant moment into a lasting memory of kindness and hospitality. We would absolutely love to return and would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon!

This hotel is a real gem! The public areas are absolutely stunning, like stepping into a beautifully restored palace—grand, elegant, and full of character. It's the kind of space that makes you want to linger and take photos. While the guest rooms are more modest, with a simple, 90s-style decor, they are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, making them perfect for family stays. The breakfast area is equally lovely, providing a bright and pleasant start to the day. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a hotel with incredible public spaces and practical, family-friendly rooms.

The valet guy forgot to connect our car during night to ev charger so we were left stranded for 6 hours on the 10kw charger in the morning. We decided to get lunch in Casa do lago, where they left us waiting 45 min for starters and wouldn’t clean a table in the shade so we could move from the sun. The starters came cold and chewy like they’ve been prepared a day before. Serious client attention problems. Rooms are outdated but the main palace with suites looks good.
