Clean but tired, been for the last 4 years on the trot great location for events at Ragley Hall, beds are vey comfortable and it’s very clean. Garden area is nice and pleasant if you have the weather, never had food here drinks are expensive and bar staff can be hard to find

Had a last minute business trip and was struggling for a room at late notice. Courtney at reception went above and beyond in getting a room sorted during a busy period for the hotel which saved me the hassle of a longer drive and was very much appreciated.

The hotel was a big hit, the staff, chef and waiting staff are marvellous. We held an event at the hotel, which was a great success, the food was excellent, the facilities perfect and it all went smoothly - worry free. Everyone was delighted with the accommodation.

Pleasant room on the ground floor, fluffy towels, powerful shower, reasonable nights sleep, Reasonable self service buffet breakfast - as always with buffets - needs to be hotter Restaurant for an evening meal was functional but not praiseworthy. Table very small for 6 people - should try harder

We booked this hotel as we were attending the Warwick races on New Years Eve. Unfortunately this was cancelled due to the weather. We were able to get out and about locally so our time wasn’t wasted. The hotel held a NewYears Eve party which we enjoyed. The choice of food was excellent and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The DJ played music we all could have a bop to! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thanks to all the staff who were working over the holidays. Great hotel.

Our stay was very good and the staff were brilliant, i was surprised with the changes that had been done, gone were the areas of cosiness and in place was a large quantity of similar chairs, lacking comfort. It has definitely been changed for the worst, dissapointing.

lovely hotel food and service was great and good value for the money evening meal was great so was the breakfast the room was a lovely size plenty of space and a good view onto the countryside lovely one night stay we will stay again.

I stayed with my severely disabled sister - they could not have been more helpful or accommodating - really excellent service and also the food is first class.

Went here for our annual Christmas Meal with a group of friends. Had a very pleasant buffet meal and we all commented on how they had managed to keep their prices really competitive. Soon found out the reason. At the bar the have really upped the prices and I hate to say this but I think we were 'ripped off'. Small single tonic water £3.30, Small Glass of Lemonade £2.80. No thanks I will certainly not be drinking there again. Tap Water was provided on the table so that is what I will consume.
