Every is good. Front desk staff is very polite and helpful. The location is best for traveler who arrive at the airport late at night. It has a covered walkway from the airport to the hotel. You will never get lost for sure. Once you arrive at the airport and pick your bag from the baggage claims, you will see a signpost to the hotel. Super convenient and safe. (Unfortunately, I visit this hotel when there’s kind of construction so the water is affected and unclean at that time. But I know if I visit here again at the right time, it will be very best experience)

This was my second stay at the Hilton Knoxville Airport hotel. I absolutely love this hotel. The set up is phenomenal. We were visiting for the Frankencon convention. Understandably, this would be a busier time for the hotel staff but every single member of staff are absolutely top notch. The wait staff in the restaurant are attentive, professional and polite. I enjoyed a very nice chat with Bianca. A lovely lady and terrific server, even at 78 years young. I cannot fault any member of staff. My room was clean, and even with the bar almost outside my door was quiet. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area.
