Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nikki at the front desk was EXCELLENT! So friendly and helpful -- we felt from the moment we walked in we made a friend. The problem is the promise that they cover transportation to and from the airport. Our commute was covered to the hotel from airport (Nikki had explained the taxi or uber drivers come in and get paid directly from the front desk). This went very smoothly. The morning we needed to leave for airport I called the front desk and asked if there was a preferred taxi service they work with and the front desk person, Scott, told me that he was unable to provide that information or call one for me. Ok then, so I called an Uber. Turns out, Ubers work directly through their phones and don't carry around the paper receipts Scott required for him to pay. So I had to pay for it myself. I also found it odd Scott wanted to charge us $3 for a bottle of water that is normally handed out to IHG members complementary. Management -- don't promote the service of complementary transportation to and from the hotel covered if your staff doesn't have a clue how to make that happen.
