Such a nice manager on duty that night when we checked in late because of our delayed flight! It was wonderful to have such a warm welcome after a challenging day of flying. We loved the shower in our bathroom, and slept soundly all night, refreshing us for our drive to Gatlinburg.

This is the nicest and most accommodating staff I have experienced. The front desk and kitchen staff were amazing! The rooms and common areas were very clean. You can tell that the staff takes pride in the establishment and they went out of their way to ensure a great stay!

Cleanest hotel I have stayed in a very long time!
Staff is awesome snowed in here while attending a conference. The staff went out of their way to insure everyone had adequate food and drinks as all the local restaurants and store had closed.

Staff at the front desk were rude & more worried about talking/flirting with men than helping visitors. Rooms were dirty & the hotel had inaccurate description of amenities online. They DID NOT offer shuttles to the airport even though it stated online. Heated AND TV did not work in our room. Would not recommend

Service was top notch! Aside from the one day our room didn’t get cleaned (they were short staffed, I get it but I needed towels) it was great! Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was meh BUT if they didn’t have something out, they searched and tried to get you whatever you needed.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nikki at the front desk was EXCELLENT! So friendly and helpful -- we felt from the moment we walked in we made a friend. The problem is the promise that they cover transportation to and from the airport. Our commute was covered to the hotel from airport (Nikki had explained the taxi or uber drivers come in and get paid directly from the front desk). This went very smoothly. The morning we needed to leave for airport I called the front desk and asked if there was a preferred taxi service they work with and the front desk person, Scott, told me that he was unable to provide that information or call one for me. Ok then, so I called an Uber. Turns out, Ubers work directly through their phones and don't carry around the paper receipts Scott required for him to pay. So I had to pay for it myself. I also found it odd Scott wanted to charge us $3 for a bottle of water that is normally handed out to IHG members complementary. Management -- don't promote the service of complementary transportation to and from the hotel covered if your staff doesn't have a clue how to make that happen.

It was nice and clean, the ac could have worked better and they did offer us a different room but we didn't want to move all our stuff. Breakfast was very good, beds were comfortable and the water was hot. Nice area close to the mall and restaurants.

Staff were very courteous. Manuel and Linda were very helpful in the breakfast area. I liked the rooms having two doors. The back door directly leading to parking lot made it convenient for us to move our baggage’s with ease. I also liked the provision of Dove products in the bathroom. Not only are they of high quality but also no wastage after each use. Carbon-friendly 👏
