The hotel was good and the facilities were fine as well. I did expect a little more better from a 4-starrer but seems that this is what all the 4-stars could offer in the vicinity.

Habitaciones correctas. Juntan dos camas para hacerla matrimonial y se separan. El menú y la comida dejan mucho que desear. Mala calidad y escaso. Por no hablar de la atención. Un chaval ( que supuestamente era encargado)a los gritos, nervioso,rompió dos copas por "hacerse el barman" y salió de su vergüenza con más gritos y más mala educación. Poco profesionalismo y bochornoso. Se equivoco en la comanda... un desastre. Pocas veces he visto algo tan lamentable en un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Sin dormir.. las paredes de papel y toda la noche escuchando al vecino roncar. La limpieza también deja mucho que desear para trat**** de "4 estrellas". Hotel de referencia se lo han puesto ellos mismos. No hay servicios alrededor si no posees vehículo.

Convenient location. Free shuttle was awesome. Food was tasty and available. We could have used an extra pillow. One pillow each was a little uncomfortable. Also, the shower stall leaked water through the door, each time you showered. Otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful.
