It is a good hotel in Alcobendas, the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good and varied. The location is a quiet area, close to IFEMA and with a metro stop very close to the hotel. It is convenient to go to Madrid, but it is not the center. If your goal is to go to the capital a lot and you don't like to stay up late, you can get around by metro very comfortably, if on the other hand you like to go out at night, it is not the ideal option, because when the metro closes, trips have to be in taxi and expenses are already increasing.

Nuestra estancia estuvo bastante bien, aunque he de decir que nuestro baño tenía un par de desperfectos: el grifo de la bañera no funcionaba y el tapón del lavabo estaba roto. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas me sorprendió que no ofreciesen kit de cortesía en el aseo como cepillo de dientes. La zona del desayuno estuvo muy bien equipada y con mucha variedad de comida. Respecto al personal, muy amables y profesionales.
