El personal de recepción un tanto desagradable. No te dejan hacer el check in ni un minuto antes de las 15.00h alegando que tienen todas las habitaciones ocupadas y siendo un tanto ariscos en la contestación (se preguntó a la 13.40h cuando la habitación se tiene que dejar a las 12.00h). Con un tema de facturación tampoco me supieron contestar de la forma adecuada.

Calidad precio y situación para trabajar muy aconsejable. Desayuno muy completo. Los trabajadores muy atentos y las habitaciones muy limpias y solo por poner un punto negativo, solicite plato de ducha por bañera y no me lo cambiaron

La parte del dormitorio de la habitación está muy bien. El baño, nos lo pusieron adaptado a minusválidos y al ducharnos se salía el agua por debajo, llegando el agua incluso hasta fuera del baño. Además, fuimos dos parejas con una reserva doble y en vez de ponernos en habitaciones contiguas o cercanas, a cada pareja nos pusieron en un piso diferente. No lo considero normal. No puedo puntuar más alto debido a estas cosas.

Buena relación calidad precio. Excelente trato del personal. Hotel bien ubicado si se desea un hotel cerca de Madrid para visita puntual o de paso. Buen desayuno. Por poner algún pero, las ventanas de aluminio de las habitaciones ajustan regular, y se aprecia algo el ruido exterior de la autopista.

basic, the most 2-3 star hotel. Very uncomfortable beds, dark and outdated rooms. Poor AC and air quality in the rooms.

Un poco descuidado en los objetos de aseo. Una caja de cartón que debía contener una pastilla de jabón estaba vacía, no habia peine. Porf lo demas, la recepción un poco descuidada, tuvimos que indicarle el número de habitación por que no nos encontraban
