Antes de nada, recordar que es un hotel de 3*, si buscas lujos, te equivocas de sitio. Relación calidad-precio excelente. Teníamos una de las habitaciones más pequeñas y sin embargo el espacio es amplio. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. El comedor es pequeño pero la comida está muy bien y dentro del "abc" hay variedad para todos los gustos. Las piscinas están genial. Y la animación de la mano de DJ Natillas y Caracol, está asegurada y para todos los públicos, no había noche que no quisiéramos estar con ellos para pasar un rato agradable, y siempre lo conseguían. Son un amor y con los niños se portan muy bien. Por otro lado, el personal de recepción, limpieza, comedor y bar, es el mejor que he visto nunca: gente muy amable, cercana, cariñosa, simpática,... hacen que te sientas como en casa. Por poner una pega, y es más bien una sugerencia para la mejora, el suelo de la zona de la piscina es muy resbaladizo y los colchones y almohadas puede que necesiten un cambio. No tenemos duda que volveremos.

On arrival the staff were so friendly, gentleman on reception could speak very good English. The lady in the restaurant was always smiling on arrival to eat. The apar**ent was perfect lovely views , house keeping were brilliant. The pool was fabulous my little ones loved it. Honestly was one of the best holidays in a long time, very good price and food was brilliant. All staff are amazing!

Los colchones sin de muelles muy duros pero la habitación muy amplia aunque no tenía ningún sitio para tender las toayas. El bufete bastante bien de cantidad y variado y está bien situado El personal estupendo te arreglan todo lo que pueden
