Se encuentra en una buena zona desde donde se puede ir andando al centro histórico en pocos minutos. Muy limpio, y buen servicio en general. Los accesos adecuados, buen desayuno, buena iluminación, etc... Muy recomendable por su relación calidad precio

Muy buen hotel en la ciudad de Alcoy. Bajo mi opinión el mejor de la ciudad. Céntrico, con centro comercial cercano. Tiene un buen restaurante en el hotel, y varias opciones de hostelería en los alrededores. Sin duda la mejor opción en la ciudad.

Hotel recentemente reformado! Muito limpo! Perto de lojas, mercados e restaurantes. Tudo maravilhoso. Banheiro grande. Preço justo! Check-in antecipado. Melhor impossível. Valeu muito a pena, super recomendamos se for ficar el Alcoy.

Estancia con una mascota pequeña.Te cobran 20 euros por el, y no tiene derecho de llevarlo en el Bar... Vergüenza !!! Además la calidad de la cama y del colchón son deplorables. La insonorización de las habitaciones es muy escasa. No recomendable

Fue una mala experiencia pues pagamos dos habitaciones dos noches y solo la ocupamos una noche porque el primer día era festivo y nos lo indico nuestro proveedor después de haber hecho y pagado las habitaciones. Hablamos con el Hotel para solicitar cambiar a una noche y recuperar el dinero de la primera noche, pero de acuerdo su política no era imposible, pedimos que se considerara para que nos las hiciera validas las segunda noche ,4 habitaciones las dos de la segunda noche más las 2 de la primera noche para unos compañeros que también vinieron a ALCOI, pero la respuesta fue negativa. Mis compañeros decidieron hospedarse en otro hotel. GANARON el dinero de una noche de las dos habitaciones sin utilizar por seguir su POLITICA pero perdieron 6 clientes que estaremos visitando por un proyecto de negocios con nuestro proveedor al menos cada mes a ALCOI y nos hospedaremos en otro hotel con una política más enfocada a las necesidades de los CLIENTES

El hotel está limpio y las camas son cómodas, el desayuno es bueno. Pero no tienen ninguna zona para poder leer o descansar. En su publicidad ofrecen una zona con butacas junto a unos ventanales que parece muy agradable, pero que han desaparecido porque según nos han explicado necesitaban ese espacio para desayunos. Un hotel de 4 estrellas debería saber gestionar una necesidad puntual sin restar servicios a sus clientes.
