feines, kleines Hotel - direkt am Eingang zur Altstadt - besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Reinigungsservice (frisches Bettzeug/Handtücher während der Woche) und die kleine Terrasse, wo die feinen Düfte des darunterliegenden Restaurants Lust auf Essen machten; dynamisches, professionelles, flottes Team im Service!

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, aber…
Zu unserer Wahl beeinflussten uns die schönen Bilder und viele gute Bewertungen.
Die Fotos zeigen aber ein anderes Bild als die Details, wenn man dort ist. Das vordergründige Design ist an gewissen Orten nur Schein: Badewanne freistehend, wackelt. Stuhl nicht zum Sitzen geeignet. Schrank soweit oben, dass es eine Leiter bräuchte. Nachtvorhänge kann man im im 002 nicht richtig schliessen Leitungsgeräusche stören Nachts. Dachterrasse lieblos, Couch versifft. Personal schaffte keine Beziehung zu uns als Gäste. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht für uns. Jammerschade.

tropft von der Decke der Rezeption. Manche Zimmer haben kein Fenster nur eine Terassentür, die zu einer Gemeinschaftsterasse für alle Gäste führt. Ergo lüften nur wenn man ungebetene Gäste im Zimmer in Kauf nimmt. Manche Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage und sind bei 35 grad im 2. Stock unterm Dach. Alle Badezimmer sind ranzig! Manche Rezeptionisten sind schlimm unfreundlich Ein Urlaub wird komplett ruiniert!

Katastrophale Unterkunft ! Abgeranzte, extrem minimalistische Zimmerausstattung ohne Seife am Waschbecken, Mini-Mülleimer aus billigem Kunststoff, schimmlige Fugen und Duschabdichtungen. zusammen gewürfelte Möbel. Aber das Schlimmste war, dass das komplette Zimmer extrem nach Chlor gestunken hat, insbesondere die Bettwäsche. Wir hatten die ganze Nacht Juckreiz und kein Auge zubekommen. Nie nie wieder - Danke für Nichts !!

Hotel muy tranquilo en una zona perfecta para ir a ver Alcudia y conocer los restaurantes y locales de la zona. Pasamos una noche y fue estupenda. El desayuno en el restaurante fantástico y el personal un diez. Las chicas de la recepción nos aconsejaron sobre actividades y se interesaron por nuestra estancia. Pasear por la muralla y ver el pueblo desde arriba es una buena experiencia. Para repetir

Hotel Sympa, accueil chaleureux. Cependant pas de ménage chaque jour. Comme les femmes de ménages s'occupent de plusieurs hôtels, on nous a dit que le ménage n'était pas fait tous les jours. Nous aurions au moins aimé avoir des serviettes propres ... j'ai demandé à la réception, la dame de la réception m'a dit ok mais ne nous en a jamais donné. Dommage ... nous ne sommes resté que quelques jours donc nous avons fait avec ....

Lovely room, super clean, great location, parking close by (unless you think a 4 minute walk is far), airco present, very good bathroom, good bed, and yes, check in was self service, but communication with hotel was super snd efficient, we found it very convenient, will recommend and will return 😀
