Posizione centrale. Camere estremamente piccole, bagno letteralmente minuscolo, da far fatica a fare la doccia. La caratteristica peggiore della permanenza è stata contraddistinta da uno sgradevolissimo odore di fumo presente all'interno della camera (non ci sono i sensori di fumo all'interno delle camere, quindi presumo che alcuni ospiti irrispettosi nei confronti del prossimo, se ne approfittino e non essendo fumatore ho provato molto fastidio). Fatto presente alla reception ma purtroppo non c'erano altre stanze. Colazione basica. Servizio assente. Mi spiace, ma cercherei un'altra sistemazione qualora capitassi nuovamente ad Alessandria per lavoro e non lo consiglierei.

sehr gutes Business Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt. Zimmer - sehr sauber, sehr gute Betten, kleines schönes Badezimmer, alles ist vorhanden was man braucht. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Hotel incroyablement propre. Les chambres sont nettoyées à fond tous les jours,avec de nouvelles serviettes de bain. Merci aux femmes de ménages qui se donnent autant de mal ! Ceci dit la chambre reste un peu vieillotte mais confortable. Personnel très sympathique et petit déjeuner copieux.

Buona posizione, in centro a pochi passi da negozi e ristoranti, a 5 min un enorme parcheggio gratuito. Camera grande molto pulita, buona la colazione. con molti prodotti dolci e torte fatte in casa, ottimo il cappuccino. Personale alla reception molto gentili e cordiali.

This is a very average -3 Star hotel, it is pretty basic. The price is very high for what you get. Situated in a less than celebrious area. The locals are pleasant enough, I think the PC word would be Cosmopolitan!!! Breakfast was OK very basic - facilities extremely basic - limited parking Nice staff Weather Beaten Good local restaurants

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti in questo hotel. Personale gentile. Molto buona la colazione con torte e brioche fresche. Camera un po piccola ma pulita. Il parcheggio c'è in zone limitrofe ma hanno un parcheggio coperto al costo di 8 euro al giorno. Consigliato

This is a very average -3Star hotel, it is pretty basic. The price is high for what you get. Situated in a less than celebrious area - high immigrant population, mainly 'Arabic'. The locals are pleasant enough, but it was the case of 'Spot the real Italian'!!! I think the PC word would be Cosmopolitan!!!
