Excellent check-in management and location of the accommodation in the city centre. Room and services in line with expectations and certainly to be recommended and possibly reused.
Two considerations for the room number 35 I used: 1) Have the shower telephone fixed - 2) I didn't realize that room number 35 shares the balcony with another room, it would be preferable to put a curtain that can cover the inside for avoid keeping the shutter completely closed at all times and give that minimum amount of privacy... necessary.

Mi capita di alloggiare spesso presso questa struttura. Ho alloggiato in molti dei loro appartamenti e in ognuno di essi mi sono trovato molto bene. Arredamento moderno e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. Nello stabile c'è anche un comodo 24h con lavatrici. E per concludere è centralissimo e si può raggiungere facilmente qualsiasi posto del centro città.

L'appartamento era pulito e gli interni in buone condizioni. Si sentivano tuttavia i rumori dagli appartamenti adiacenti.
La qualità degli infissi è bassa (vetri singoli, tapparelle antiche).
Gli spazi comuni (ingresso, scale, corridoi) erano sporchi e poco illuminati.
Il servizio clienti è stato eccellente, sia per la disponibilità che per la chiarezza delle informazioni.
Vi consiglio di valutare un miglioramento degli spazi comuni e degli infissi.

We booked the room with AGODA in the internet. When we arrived at the building we were not able to get in. We rang the bell and no one ever opened. We tried to contact Agoda because we had a phone number from the confirmation. The guy told us, Hormosa and AGODA sent us further instructions, we did not get. This is NOT a Hotel. It does not have a reception. They claimed they sent us more information by mail which did not arrive. It took us more than an hour standing in front of the building and to figure out how to get in. No way. Then we got the email with the link required and thought: 'All good now we can enter the building.' False assumption. The link did work and showed us the message 'Door opening suspended'.... We sent that information to AGODA. No reaction. No way to access the room. No service available. After more than 90 minutes in front of the building we needed to find another room for the night. They want your money but don't give you access to the room. Beware of Hormoso and AGODA. We asked for a refund which was not answered by now. Will let you know how this goes.

Camere quasi sempre non corrispondenti alle foto. Scarsa pulizia. Non adatto alle famiglie. Cattiva organizzazione e scarsa disponibilità al telefono della reception per trovare una stanza adatta alle esigenze richieste. Un'esperienza da non ripetere.

Sono stato in questa struttura la notte tra il 16 e il 17 , nella fretta ho lasciato la mia maglia nel como di fronte al letto, me ne sono accorto all'aereoporto di Bergamo e non potendo ritornare indietro ,ho chiamato la struttura la quale mi rispondeva che non aveva trovato nulla! Assurdo perché io stesso l'ho lasciata la indicandone anche il posto preciso! Sono davvero deluso da questo comportamento ! Di certo non vi arricchite con una maglia , però state certi che non metterò mai più piede in tutte le vostre strutture! State attenti a non lasciare nulla perché poi sarà persa! I clienti vanno trattati bene purtroppo le dimenticanze possono esserci , ma appropriarsi di qualcosa che non è vostro non è assolutamente giusto! sconsiglierò a tutti questo posto perché non siete corretti coi clienti ! Non è la maglia che mi avete sottratto a farvi arricchire , grazie ma questo posto è assolutamente da cancellare per il resto della mia vita! Occhio a chi ci mette piedi ,perché se così e che si comportano ci si può aspettare di tutto! Camera 33 terzo piano , a mai più!
