Facilities: Good, there are two armchairs and a desk with a lamp. Hotels without desk lamps often have overhead lighting that's not ideal for working or studying.
Cleanliness: Okay.
Environment: It's quite close to the airport, but a bit far from the city center.
Service: Excellent, both the housekeeping staff and the front desk were wonderful.

I booked this hotel by chance for my trip and it completely exceeded my expectations! All the facilities throughout the hotel are brand new, and the decor is stylish and appealing. The bathroom, air conditioning, and lighting fixtures are all spotless and work perfectly. The room was meticulously clean, making for a wonderfully relaxing and comfortable stay. This is an excellent choice for accommodation when traveling. Five stars!

There’s no phone in the room, so is unsure how to call the hotel reception. I end up having to use Trip app to make free call to the hotel.
It’s near airport and pick up service from airport is provided which is very convenient for us. Sadly for the shuttle to ski resort has limited seats, so we end up couldn’t make use of the service.
It would be great if there’s a blind or curtain between the bed and the shower/toilet. As the bathroom is in my room and I’m sharing with my grown up sons, so it is a little inconvenient as the privacy film on the shower door is still able to see the silhouette of the person inside the bathroom and sitting on the toilet seat.
Other than that the room is clean and new.

The hotel room is super clean and newly decorated. The staff are so friendly. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast, i.e., nternational dishes need to be added.
