Altay China Courtyard·Xueshang Yinlu Hot Spring Hotel

The room was spacious and clean, located right at the start of Ahe Road. There's plenty of parking space right outside the entrance, and it's not too far from the Wubaili neighborhood. What was really great was the private bathhouse in the back courtyard; a staff member specifically guided us there. The water temperature was around 40 degrees Celsius, and just half an hour of soaking washed away all the fatigue from our journey.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel is super close to General Mountain Ski Resort, just a 10-minute drive away. The free shuttle service was always available when we needed it, and the driver was incredibly friendly. The freshly made noodles at breakfast were delicious. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Ahe Highway entrance, making it easy to get to Hemu. The facilities are comprehensive, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The hot spring bath and massage tub were great for relieving fatigue. The breakfast was unique, served individually. The hotel staff were all warm and attentive, and they offer free airport and ski resort transfers. We stayed here twice.

This hotel is truly excellent! The price-performance ratio is incredibly high! The cleanliness is also excellent. The owner upgraded us to a large villa room for free, with a hot spring right in the courtyard – super comfortable! The villa itself is absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much, I'll definitely come back again!

Located in the old town of Altay, very close to the starting point of the Ahe Highway, the rooms are large and relatively clean. However, the smart control system is somewhat useless; the Xiao Ai voice assistant in both rooms I booked didn't work well! Breakfast was decent, but it wasn't a buffet; it was served individually. However, the hotel's basic facilities need improvement.

The hotel is upscale and conveniently located at the starting point of the Ahe Highway, making it easy to set off for Hemu in the morning. The hotel service is also excellent.

It was great; the scenery and service were excellent, and the breakfast was also very generous.

1. Remote location, no businesses nearby. 2. Someone was smoking in the lobby during check-in; the front desk seemed to be a real estate project office. 🚬 3. Only one power outlet by the bed; poor layout. 🔌 4. I was really looking forward to the hot springs, but because the staff had other things to do, they took me there, and the hot springs weren't open. The sub-zero temperatures in Xinjiang at night left me freezing in my swimsuit and bathrobe! Overall, the service level of the staff needs improvement!
