Baiman Hotel (Altay Xuedu Airport Branch)

I didn't have high expectations for the facilities, but I was pleasantly surprised. The smart devices in the room were very responsive, the sofas in the common area lounge were comfortable, and the laundry room was well-equipped. I didn't encounter any facility breakdowns during my stay, which made the experience exceed my expectations.

Great service, and the room was clean and tidy. I'll definitely be back!

Driving through, parking was easy. The security guard was incredibly welcoming, helping us find a spot and even assisting with our luggage. He was humming a tune the whole way, I thought he was about to break into a dance! It instantly brightened my mood. The front desk lady upgraded our room – we had booked two, and the arrangement was perfect. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and odor-free, with consistent hot water and great pressure. We also had breakfast included, and even received a souvenir when we checked out. Five-star rating!

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Convenient backyard parking, very quiet indoors. Service: Attentive and welcoming.

The airport is super close to the hotel, and they even offer shuttle service. My flight was delayed, but the driver was so thoughtful and told me to just call when I needed a pickup. Getting to the ski resort was also really convenient, as they have a bus. This trip to Altay was perfect, 10/10!

Came to Altay for skiing, and the airport and ski resort shuttle services were incredibly convenient! Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room with a perfect view of the snowy landscape. We even got to see fireworks on the Lantern Festival night, which was absolutely beautiful! The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were sufficient. We did laundry twice, so you really don't need to pack too many clothes when coming to Altay for skiing – it's super convenient! I highly recommend this hotel; the service is truly excellent!

The room was spacious, and we even got upgraded to a king-size bed. This is our second time staying here. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the price was just right for this time of year. There are plenty of places to explore nearby, and getting a taxi is very convenient.
