Overall our stay here was good! The decor was lovely and the view from our room was amazing . We were able to check-in earlier which was a HUGE PLUS! The staff was super friendly and was always eager to help. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. *ps just make sure to walk with hand soap for the bathroom lol

This is a great hotel that is located very strategically in Alexandria. The hotel is generally reasonably priced and has great rooms. Mine was on the 29th floor with full view of the capital and the monuments. It has a restaurant on the ground floor that offers breakfast and a sushi bar in the evenings. However, they have 2 AMAZING people that truly make this a unique hotel. One is Mr. Jalil, who truly understands customer experience, even when he is in the back office. He is part of accounting and when he realised that my reservation for my team had issues, he went OUT OF HIS WAY to genuinely help my entire team! However, there is one person who is the SUPERWOMAN on their team - she is INDIRA. She manages revenue for the hotel but she helps on the front desk, helps clients with almost any problems and she makes sure that the stay is truly memorable. Any property that has a team like this is super fortunate. Thanks to these 2 people, I will make it a mission of my life to spread the good name of this property. I’ll be back!

The receptionist told me my name is not there and rooms are overbooked. I have to call ******* and they have to find another hotel for me to stay. I told them it was a non refundable booking and I already paid which I booked a month ago. I showed them the receipt but she kept on saying that there’s no room available. The receptionist from another counter double checked and found my name and booking was paid. Finally I got the room and blamed ******* that they messed up my first and last name. If the other receptionist didn’t help me I would not have a place to stay at a late check in at 8:45pm. I am a senior woman traveling alone and the receptionist was not very helpful at all. I asked her to call ******* and she refused to do so and was denying my check in. Afterwards the other gentleman from the next counter found my name, then she apologized. She should be trained well and find ways and means to help the guest out, instead of denying. Very disappointed and upset with the way I was treated.

The room was very nice. The hotel was mostly quiet except for a conference happening with teenagers and it would be a bit loud when they came back to their rooms. Housekeeping did not clean due to a language barrier. Parking was an issue as they closed doors off due to the conference.
