The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are outdated especially the toilet. There are buffet or a la carte breakfast. There are not many classic American breakfast buffet dishes. Don't imagine that it is the same as the domestic one. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the king street station. There are two lines, blue and yellow, which can go to the city center.

The room looks nice and the bed is comfortable. But the heating is super noisy, the tub does not hold water (only showers for you!), and the robe is not a bath robe, but a worn out lounge robe.

My wife and I experienced excellent service from the bell hops, room service to the restaurant, and the front desk. Room & bathroom were pristinely clean and comfortable..

This is one of the best stay I have ever had in a hotel. We arrived early by 11.30am and we were allowed to check in and they even granted a late check out request. Very beautiful property in an awesome location. Breakfast was great, staff polite , room so neat and comfy. I would do this again and again. 10/10

We had some issues with no cold water coming out of the faucets in both the shower and the sink. We had to be careful not to burn ourselves until we could adjust the temperature.

Stayed one night while in town for work. Beautiful lobby and spacious room. Parking situation is misleading- there is no self parking so you if you want to park at the hotel, you have to do $40/night valet. I was only awarded continental breakfast despite platinum Marriott status- options for that were lacking. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Staff held my belongings as I was in court all day. I’d stay there again.
