staff of the hotel were super. my flight arrived after midnight and the system wouldn't let me maintain my reservation. Staff of the hotel waited me until 1:30 and let me checked in. Trip.com and the third party of the reservation system could not helped me But the staff helped me and made it happened. Thank you! all!

I enjoyed the stay here. The utensils and dishes are often hard to get enough of. For example, I wanted some forks, but they were out. They had plenty of dishes for me to use, and I had brought along a spoon, so I ate with the spoon I brought with me. Otherwise the rooms are adequate to move around, and the queen size bed was firm and comfortable. There are three pillows of various firmness and thickness, so should suit most people. The breakfast is paltry, only consists of instant oatmeal and granola bars. There is plenty of coffee. Once coffee ran out, so I notified the management, and they started a new batch right away. Per posted policy, they don't clean the room if staying less than a week.

This my first time that i stay at this Extended stay hotel in Landmark Virgina customer service here is so nice and help me with everything in need from asking clean bed linens to ask if i need my room clean again to making sure that i didn't need anything and all of y'all employees was every nice and helpful i'm still here its about to be going on three weeks i will be staying a little long to i get things straight but you have one employees always ask me is im ok or do i need anything his name is AKRAM is very nice person y'all need more employees like him this is a nice hotel cause i stay another extended stay and there service there was terrible that the one on Eisenhower Ave in Alexandria Va i would not ever stay there again and i will not recommend anybody to stay the service was terrible customer there was rule and disrespectful but i'm happy this one and i will keep on continue to come this one i was in 132 and i that a nice clean room no noise so i will keep coming here

I've stayed at this landmark location numerous times and have yet to have a bad experience. Rooms are always clean and it's never a hassle to get anything I need from the front desk. Senait and Akram in particular are always extremely helpful and provide great customer service!

Nice and quiet. The staff help out whenever they can. Akram is especially nice and professional . And for some reason I must make this 200 characters so this last sentence is exactly that. Maybe they should fix this rule. You might get more accurate reviews
