We booked our stay through *******. When we arrived at our hotel we were told that they were over booked and they were caceling our resevation. I was told to call *******...couldnt talk to a real person. The only information i got was if the resevation was cancelled it was nonrefundable. I will never use ******* again and will tell everyone i know the same!

The furniture was all scratched and in disrepair holes in wall with exposed wires the place had to changevour room and still the new room was terrible. I rate this place a 1 star and I will now stick with Hiltons

The reservation was for a room with 2 beds for myself and my 2 children. Upon checkin I was given a room with 1 queen bed because there were no more rooms available. Then at 5:15 AM someone else was attempting to enter my room with a key because they booked in the same room.
