No toilet paper Was told the week before the pool and Hot tub would be up and running On Monday. Still not up and running, nothing posted about it being out od service on their page. They over charged me. I was quoted one price though you then another at the hotel. Guy who booked me in said oh well thats what it says and never asked to look into it. Was rude when i asked about the pool and when my husband went to get toilet paper for our room.

We only stayed here because of LOCATION. It’s close to Cedar Pointe and restaurants around the hotel. This place needs a facelift.

***** in the shower. Poop stain on bed sheet. Pool wasn't working. Front desk person was on a person phone call when we arrived and didn't acknowledge us for a couple minutes.

He cant find my reservation so Ive asked to pay out of the pocket but cant as well coz he’s leaving in 5 minutes. So makes me wonder if i really dont have reservation or hes leaving soon.

The inn is showing it's age and I'm not sure from where they got those sheets. But for a one-night stay can't beat the price. And that's all we wanted.
Still the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and easy.

Gross!!!! My daughter and I booked this room last minuet during a hockey tournament because I was too sick to drive 2 hours home. The room wasn’t clean the jacuzzi tub was still dirty from the last people to use it, chairs were gross, bathtub was not clean, sink was clogged, all over just dirty! The floor wasn’t even swept! They offered to have someone come back and clean it but my 6 year old and I would have had to leave for an hour, again I was sick and couldn’t do that and there were no other rooms open so we were stuck. Asked for a refund and was told no. Please save your money and go somewhere else!

No tv remote in sitting area, fan not working in ac/heat, shower rod about to fall down and mounted backwards,. Will not stay there again.

It was horrible! Phone & remote didn’t work. Long black hair in the sink. Bottom foot of the white shower curtain was a dark gold and was ripped on the top. There was 2 mismatched towels. Shower had a steady stream of water running from it. There Was an iron but no ironing board. There was no elevator and had my 83 year old father with us for his brothers funeral. The only decent thing was the breakfast wasn’t bad.
