Thank you to Mr. Osama and Mrs. Amani for such a wonderful stay. The room was incredibly clean, and the view was fantastic. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. The location is perfect, surrounded by banks, ATMs, Supermarkets, and most importantly, the Montazah Garden is a two minute walk. The entrance of the apartment complex might be off-putting, but it becomes a non-issue when faced with all the other positives. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it.

Everything was great. The neighborhood is lovely - clean and not crowded at all. There's a private beach. Everything is new and modern. Breakfast had a good selection, and I especially loved the fresh strawberry and guava juices, and the beef patties.

I had a wonderful experience at Rixos Montaza. The chalets were super clean—special thanks to Ibrahim and Mohamed for their excellent work. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and everyone did their best to make our stay enjoyable. The location is amazing, and the beach was perfect for swimming, especially the Nariman beach. The other beach is rockier, but it offers live music and excellent service. I would definitely recommend staying in the Nariman rooms rather than the Fouad rooms.

It was incredible time staying in Galaxy Hostel. I have so many great memories from this experience. When I was ill from food poisoning owner Charlie gave me medicine and the even cooked me a soup and some drink from poisoning. I feel myself like in home there, I guess that’s the most highly rating. Everybody was really nice to me and I felt so good there! I can’t even describe how good that hostel is! If you want to stay in Alexandria that’s for sure perfect place for you. Thanks everybody I’m really glad that I was able to live there

I have stayed at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis many times, and I generally love Hilton properties wherever I go. I just checked out after a one-night stay at Hilton Corniche Alexandria. This stay was meant to help us decide which hotel to book for the remaining 13 nights of our trip. Unfortunately, Hilton Alexandria was not the right choice for us. The hotel itself is beautiful and meets the physical standards you’d expect from Hilton. However, the staff experience was the worst I’ve ever had at any Hilton property. Check-in was very slow, and no information was provided at all. We only discovered that the hotel had beach access by pure accident—after we had already checked out. At the buffet, service was extremely slow, with orders either missing or incorrect. Upon departure, I did what I always do: I called reception to confirm checkout and ensure there was no outstanding balance. I was clearly told everything was settled and that we were free to leave. After we had already left the hotel, a valet ran after me and my wife in the street and asked us to return because “they wanted to talk.” We were brought back only to be lectured by a reception employee (female, dark hair, glasses) about how I should have come to the desk despite already calling. There was no issue, no balance, and nothing to resolve—she simply lectured me and then let us go. This was unnecessary, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. She could have easily checked the room balance herself instead of calling us back in such a cheap and embarrassing way

My stay started off on a very uncomfortable note. The hotel is located in a gated community, and upon arrival, the guard was extremely aggressive. It honestly made me feel unsafe, as if we were about to be robbed. On top of that, we were required to pay 40 Egyptian pounds per person just to enter, which was unexpected and poorly explained. Once inside the hotel, the staff were actually very friendly and helpful, which was one of the few positives. However, the check-in process was concerning—they scanned all of our personal documents, including passports, and then had us sit and wait. After about 10 minutes, we were finally cleared to go to our room, but the process felt uncomfortable and lacked proper communication. The room itself had several issues. There was only one small roll of toilet paper provided, which was insufficient. I also attempted to take a hot bath, but the bathtub was defective—the water drained out immediately, making it unusable. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. When we arrived around 8:30 AM, everything was cold, and we even had to unwrap plastic from the food ourselves. The quality was very poor—the coffee tasted like it had a strange perfume-like flavor, and the juice was overly sweet, more like syrup than actual juice. Honestly, a simple candy bar would have been more satisfying. Overall, while the staff tried their best, the negative aspects of the experience far outweighed the positives. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel has great potential and a wonderful location, which could make it an excellent option for travelers visiting Alexandria. It offers good value for money in theory, but unfortunately, the current management does not fully reflect this potential. Some aspects of service need significant improvement — starting from the reception and housekeeping to the kitchen and café plus an operating free wifi. The staff seem to be doing their best, but they clearly need stronger professional guidance and management oversight to meet the standards expected from a hotel in such a prime location. During my stay, parts of the hotel were under renovation, and the construction work caused some disturbance throughout the day. While it’s understandable that improvements require time, better scheduling or communication with guests would have made the experience more comfortable. Overall, the hotel could become a top choice in Alexandria with proper management and attention to guest comfort. I truly hope the owners invest in professional leadership to make the most of this great property.

Breakfast is served in the style of a local hotel, and you can think of it as a 3.5-star rather than an old 4-star. Cigarettes are required in the lobby hahaha But I don't want to go there again next time. Perhaps all the rooms have a sea view, but it would be better to get a room with a balcony, which has the greatest strength.

Facilities: The facilities are pretty standard. We really struggled with the washing machine, but everything else was quite good. Cleanliness: Very clean, highly recommend. Environment: The view is expansive, facing the sea, and the scenery is fantastic. Service: The owner is very helpful, responds promptly, and even helped us store our luggage. Thumbs up!
