Did not take pictures, not interested in taking pictures. In Egypt for half a month, this hotel is the worst. First of all, foreigners need an extra $25 a night to live, and they will not be refunded after booking. The room has a very small window, which is very depressing. The sanitary conditions are average. The bed is very bad, the breakfast is very bad, and the whole body smells of oily smoke after eating. All are local Arabs. In short, it is not recommended to stay, the experience is particularly bad...

Hotel is located on the other side of Pharos University, and right next to a mosque. Keep that in mind if you are sound sensitive because of the early morning muezzin singing. The area itself is ugly and not worth anything for tourists. The hotel has a fairly good lobby; staff very friendly and competent. Several elevators. My room was very spacious and equipped with everything I needed, incl. a fridge, coffee-tea maker, Bed was pleasant; I got a good night's sleep. Breakfast is included, which is typical Egyptian, with warm food (grilled veggies, refried beans, boiled eggs, goat cheese, a variety of breads, small danish, and some fruit. Outside, a cook prepares you an omelette, very nice. Wifi worked well in the hotel throughout. Clean hotel, a big plus for Egypt. Bathroom was roomy, with a shower. I would return there, if I had something to do in that area. It seems to be frequented by young local sport teams, but there was no noticeable noise from the inside.

Very nice rooms and bathroom in good condition (i.e. Western standards). The staff are efficient and friendly and booking in was very quick. The only problem I had was with trying to read in the room as the main lights are very weak. The restaurant also had very efficient staff and there is a good working atmosphere amongst the team. The dessert to die for is "Om Ali" (mother of Ali), an Egyptian classic, with puff oastry, cream, almonds, raisins and pistacchio nuts. First time and we had 2 portions it tasted so good.

The hotel staff are very professional and friendly the room was well cleaned , no hidden fees or taxes and I will go there again . The reason for the booking was to make sure that my family can be near an international school to set for an exam so if this is your case as well then this hotel in Smouha is a very good option .

Very bad experience. Money was taken from our rooms and when we reached out to the manager they kept ignoring us and they refused to show us the camera footage. Then the head manager talked to us in a really rude and unprofessional and we didn’t get our money back

We were very satisfied by the hotel’s service and it is really worth it to try . The rooms were very cleaned and well arranged. The hotel’s price added an extra edge in how this hotel is special . The reception team was doing very well answering all our questions . The staff-room was very professional and did their job well .

All services and facilities was offered. The room is very clean, The breakfast contained valiable choises. The staff is kind and helful. The hotel offed free WiFi service, boiler and free coffee and tea table in the room. Prepaied parking is available.and the hotel is reachable in the city.
