Before check-in, there is a guest service person who sends an email and calls to confirm my preference. When breakfast is more crowded, there are more people in line at the door. The restaurant manager looks at it. I said that the breakfast was delivered to my room and it was very rich. I stayed for five nights. Although I didn’t go out much, many people in the front office could call out my name. I am really satisfied. One night because of a little unpleasant ordering, when I checked out, the hotel manager came over to apologize and gave a cheesecake (because I came with my husband and secretly helped to make a romantic arrangement and sent a honeymoon cake) The hotel concierge is simply omnipotent. Haha also helped to make an appointment for the door-to-door nucleic acid test (the hotel security went all the way to our room to see that the nucleic acid test was very safe) and also helped to buy a train ticket to Cairo. The whole process is a magical concierge who can solve everything by calling Ministry Hahaha overall it is really the quality of the four seasons that never disappoints I will always love FS

The food experience is less than 3stars as in quality taste & variety. Customer service isn’t qualified at all for a four seasons . If you decide for a day use , u will be surprised that you are only allowed the beach but not the pool on the beach !!

As soon as I arrived and got out the car a child from the street grabbed my arm the staff did nothing but luckily the driver I was with spoke to the child. We went into the hotel the receptionist informed us breakfast in dollars. No one asked to take our luggage to the room and so we were about to take it our self’s then noticed there was stairs so we asked someone to do it for us. Our room was fine even though the technology was outdated in terms of the tv being blurry and no usb plugs. We tried the Spa which I wish we hadn’t my mom got burnt in the steam The staff gave her cream and said they would follow up with a call to see how she was but they didn’t. I did speak to reception about this situation he also asked how was our stay. I explained that no one called to see how my mom was like they said and that the tv in my room does not work and I said technology was outdated. A electrician came he was not able to do anything because the Tv was ancient he said he would get a new one but he didn’t come in the morning. We had someone playing music in the room above at 2am in the morning I called room services and no one resolved it then had to call three other times for it to be resolved. There was no apology from the staff again. We did however go on there restaurants boat which I would highly recommend to have dinner as the staff are lovely there and a car will pick you from the hotel. All in all this hotel does not reflect the four season standard so I would avoid.

Excellent 3 night stay as family of 3. Exceptional service with summoning MD for our son at 1 am when he was having severe stomach pains. We stayed in 12 floor ocean view room which was well appointed and comfortable. Good a la carte breakfast and we’ll be having our last Egyptian dinner at Byblos tonight. Kudos to Mr Khoury the general manager for running an efficient, welcoming staff!
