When entering the park where the hotel is located, you only need to tell the security guard that you are staying in the hotel and show the hotel reservation, and you do not need to pay the park entrance fee. The scenery of the hotel is very good, but there are still many places under construction, and the sound insulation of the rooms is not very good.

Pretty good experience, i loved the location but i had to pay 100 LE at the gate to enter the Montazah area. This should be included in the hotel package.

The hotel was clean and the food was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for any visitors as it was one of the best I’ve stayed in while in Alexandria.

12/10 for location, along the Mediterranean Sea and the Palace. Wonderful large balconies. The gardens are well-tended, beautifully lit and filled with Egyptians on their weekend. Some are local and some on holiday. The hotel food was several levels below our Cairo hotel but we had meals out so it didn’t ruin our experience of this great city.

The Hotel is under maintained , not updated like similar hotels in that age , for example the plumbing was leaking in the Bathroom. very short staffed , specially at the Breakfast Restaurant , Staff was trying to help everyone but Double amount of staff is needed to be able to provide a better service.

Loved the view of the beach, city and the Mediterranean Sea! Spectacular gardens nearby. Locals come here since so beautiful gardens. They had live music in the evening. Close to nearby oceanfront cafe .

very nice hotel with a beautiful location in "muntazah" which means park! it has a great view on the sea.. the services and the food was good .. the rooms were comfortable and the size were kinda big .. we enjoyed staying in this hotel and we dont mind if we come to Alexandria ,we will try it again!!

The staff was perfect , everything was organized , youana the guest relation manager was more than perfect. The breakfast is so delicious the view is perfect and the place is ever clean. It was overall great experience
