Booked this hotel based on a friend's recommendation, which was also based on his previous stay experience years ago. Let me start with the positives, the reception was great, thanks to miss😁Dina😆who was extremely helpful and provided excellent service to customers, helped us get a room upgrade free of charge. The room size was great, it has plenty of space and what seemed to be nice amenities once in the past. However, the furniture was old and rotten including the bathroom which has many broken items. The TV was old with terrible picture quality. The rug was quite filthy, could not even walk on them. The toilet was leaking all the time (Room 118).
Generally speaking , the hotel staff try to do their best given with they have. Cleanliness was not that good throughout the entire facility, there was dust everywhere in the hotel. Room cleanness was not bad, but also not great.
I may not stay there again.

BB one night phone booking, what was promised was not fulfilled at all. Very Poor experience including lobby, staff, elevator, parking, customer service & care. Management is not even keen for customer’s complaints about booking promised services, no attitude for attention.

They give kids swimming lessons so the pool is always crowded and the water is dirty it looks yellowish also there’s a power outage everyday for couple hours

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Well organized manager. Definitly worth checking in. Location has a nice view of the sea. A good place for photo sessions. An opportunity to unload all your stress.

فندق سي للغايه ومتهالك وخدمه سيئه جدااا والفرش قديم جدا ويوجد حشرات ونمل فى الدواليب والارضيات حنفيات الحمام مكسوره ..عدم نضافه المكان والاتربه بكل مكان غير نضيف عل الاطلاق ولا انصح احد بزيارته تجربه فعلا سيئه
