The location is next to the summer palace. It is very convenient to visit the summer palace. It should be a very nice and quiet hotel by the sea, but the whole area was under renovation when we checked in. It looked like a big construction site, so the advantage was gone. The disadvantage of being far from the city center was It highlights that it is better to live in a hotel near Fort Quinn to feel Alexander better.
The room facilities are good, and they are new in Alexandria, but the breakfast does not meet the five-star standard

Very quiet hotel in the Montaza park. The pool is beautiful, the staff is friendly, even if sometimes they don't speak English. The rooms, however, remain small, but the bathroom has a walk-in shower. Breakfast lacks choice. The hotel is clean and the bedding is good quality. Good address for Alexandria

Lovely, cozy hotel perfect for a quiet and relaxing weekend away. The location of Montazah gardens and old fashioned setting makes you feel like you stepped back in time. Staff are professional, room was very clean, and bed was very comfortable. The view of the garden from our room was nice but it can get pretty crowded on the weekend so we kept the window closed for privacy. One piece of advice to the hotel management is to include the 50 LE per night parking fee in the whole package because it felt kind of tacky being asked for it at checkout.

Happy vacation. The hotel is at a high level in terms of cleanliness, politeness and respect. I especially thank Miss Sarah and Miss Hajar, as well as the restaurant staff, Mohamed and Nour. The breakfast is excellent and has all the beautiful types. The location of the hotel is excellent in the middle of the beautiful Montazah gardens. I will definitely recommend the hotel to all my friends. There is also a beautiful restaurant next to the hotel directly on the sea. Very beautiful

This boutique hotel enjoys a great location within the Royal Montazah Gardens. Rooms are spacious and include most amenities, and although there are no hair dryers in the rooms, the hotel can supply one on demand. The TV satellite channels do not include the major news networks alike Al Jazeera, CNN, BBC etc thus the hotel definitely need to add such channels. The breakfast was great and the service wonderful. The hot/cold water pressure in the showers made it extremely difficult and uncomfortable as you either get very cold or boiling hot water while showering, so they urgently need to fix this problem. Very expansive to go and take a swim on the beach, it will cost you 1000 egp (1 person) beer that cost 40 egp in a central bar will cost you 150 egp. The service is average. Beer came to us in room temperature. Good pool to hang around and good peace of the ocean, but still pricey
