Nice hotel within a walkable distance from metro station. Located in not very pleasant surroundings but there are small shops and cafes nearby

Basically every time I come to Albania for business trip, I will live here. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, convenient for parking, and there are supermarkets and fruit shops not far away. The room is clean and tidy, relatively spacious, and the staff is very friendly.

The noise is a bit loud next to the road, the room size is average, the single bed is indeed a bit small

Most hotels in Nigeria cannot be booked online. This one is pretty normal. Will come again in the future if I have the opportunity. The price is pretty good. Clean and hygienic, and breakfast is also available.

Pleasant stay, everything was perfect

It was okay to stay there. Room size was okay and staff was nice. There were several issues. Tea bag was opened. Bath amenities were half full and printing on a tube was pretty much gone. I found a dead fly in my bed. The neighbor was snoring loud and I could hear that all night.

Overall we had a positive experience staying here. The reason for not giving 5 stars was one of cleaning staff stole $100 from our room. We had momentarily left our room and did not think that in the short time we were downstairs, that cleaning services would be performed. We still had our personal belongings out and money was on the table. When we returned, we found that a $100 bill was missing. Management investigated their staff but found that no one supposedly had the money. Other than that experience, staff were friendly. Some spoke English which was positive as well, as my French is very basic and limited.

Stayed twice in this hotel in Algiers whilst on a tour with Fancyellow. The hotel was clean although the rooms were a bit small The restaurant was lovely with brilliant views and great service. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had It is near the park and not too far from the shops

Inside of the hotel is well kept. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I think they can add a few features to make this place absolutely amazing. If you plan on staying in the hotel for more than a week not much to see inside the hotel to be entertained. But one major attractions is the view from the Restaurant at the 7th floor. The majority of the staff felt like family by the end of my stay.

Prices have increased and the food quality was deteriorated . No red meat . No indication of dish name . Bad fruits . In the morning I was a bit late because no indication of breakfast timing was written nor communicated.

Hotel and Price is good. It is a bit far from city center. But Hotel is clean and food also is nice. I can stay for the next trip to Algiers and also propose this hotel to my friends and other travelers

Not satesfied from my accommodation in this Hotel, my reservations is half board , yesterday I went to dinner and i surprised that the Buffet is empty, when I asked why they told me that there are not enough residents in the hotel to prepare food for !! the only available food is one of two dishes preprepared and both of them wasn't accepted from my side, i asked the receptionist to talk to the manager , he refused to let me contact her !!! I am very disappointed from being in AZ Hotels Kouba !!
